New national watercooler company formed

Chiltern Hills has just merged with two other cooler businesses in the UK. These are Angel Springs in Wolverhampton and SPA in Halifax, and will help us now offer national coverage throughout England.

The new company is called Angel Spring Holdings Ltd, but each company will trade under their existing names. The deal has been backed by 3i , the Venture capital company. The combined business will have over 25,000 coolers, and be able to provide national coverage.

The new Chief Executive is John Dundon who was Managing Director of Nestle Watercoolers ( the UK largest watercooler operator.) He will also run the Midlands (Wolverhampton) Operation. Dee Ward (Chiltern Hills' Managing Director) will be Southern Regional Director and run the Southern (Tring) Depot, while John Murphy will run the Northern ( Halifax) Depot. Chris Routledge will be the Group Finance Director.

A   No, everything will remain the same, including the staff you deal with and the phone number you ring.

A   No the invoice will not change.
     
Q   Is this new company anything to do with Nestle or Pow Wow?
A   No, this is a totally independent group and not associated in any way with either of these companies.

A   No, it is simply “business as usual”.
